After having played those songs for a week and a half in Bregaglia, Liguria and southern France, the band went right after the tour to the studio Zoo in Berne to record some of their own compositions as well as some romantic italian movie songs. We hope, we can take you with this music along "en route" to the nicest squares in the summery south.

The double bass player and composer Raphael Walser, born in 1988, grew up near Zurich in a family of musicians. He started taking double bass lessons when he was only eleven years old. He studied jazz at the Zurich University of the Arts ZHdK.

Raphael currently plays with bands such as Raphael Jost, Dalia Donadio's Poem Pot and gets involved with the collectives "JENNY" and "The Jazz Trio". ... more
